Randstad Switzerland seeks a highly motivated Compliance professional to join their team in Lugano, Ticino. The role centers on regulatory matters, AML, cross-border activities and sanctions, and delivering clear guidance to the business in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing policies, data collection for risk assessments, training delivery, and monitoring regulatory developments.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years in banking in a Compliance Officer role.
• Experience with AML, cross-border and sanctions.
• Knowledge of FATCA/CRS is a plus.
• Ability to interact with multiple departments.
• Languages: Italian / English native; French / German is a plus.
• Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Analysis, review and handling of AML, cross-border activities and sanctions cases.
• Opportunity to analyze market abuse and product suitability and FATCA/CRS matters.
• Definition of Compliance requirements and supervision of their implementation in projects.
• Drafting and review of internal policies and procedures (AML, cross-border, sanctions).
• Collection of data for Compliance reporting to senior management and risk assessments.
• Preparation and delivery of Compliance training.
• Monitoring regulatory developments and their impact.
• Handling requests from External and Internal Audit; execution of supervision activities.
