Job summary

The World Economic Forum is seeking a Senior Associate, Communications in Geneva for a fixed-term two-year assignment. Based in Geneva, the role reports to the Director of Forest Future Alliance and works with the Centre for Nature and Climate to advance nature-positive initiatives.

The position involves coordinating communications strategies, content creation, media engagement, and digital outreach across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant professional experience in communications, media engagement, content development or campaigns.
• Experience delivering content across multiple channels and audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate communications activities across FFA, translating priorities into content plans and deliverables.
• Support media engagement activities with external consultants and internal teams.
• Develop communications materials that raise awareness of FFA objectives and progress.
• Coordinate digital communications across social media, newsletters and the FFA Hub.
• Provide editorial feedback to colleagues to ensure high-quality communications.
