Job summary

PineQ Lab Technology in Zurich, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced Cluster Release Manager to join a major transformation programme in private banking. You will lead end-to-end release planning, coordinate across multiple projects, and ensure smooth deployments in SIT/UAT environments.

You will collaborate with business, technology, testing and project teams, manage risks and dependencies, and uphold SDLC governance and quality gates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT delivery experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong experience in Release Management within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple projects and teams.
• Knowledge of SIT, UAT, release planning, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Waterfall/SAFe methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple projects.
• Manage release schedules, dependencies, and deployments across SIT and UAT environments.
• Coordinate with business, technology, testing, and project teams to ensure release readiness.
• Track release progress, risks, issues, and dependencies using Jira and Confluence.
• Ensure adherence to release governance, quality gates, and SDLC processes.
• Manage release communications, reporting, and post-release reviews.
