Job summary

Avaloq is hiring a Service Delivery Manager to act as the primary contact for regional delivery organizations, responsible for service in their area and for handling complex delivery issues. You will lead delivery units, define SLAs, and support projects through design and build, ensuring a smooth transition to operations.

The role requires strong ITIL/COBIT5 knowledge, excellent communication, and willingness to work in a hybrid setup across Avaloq’s Bioggio operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working in collaborative service/operations teams in technology/finance environments.
• Strong understanding of SLAs and service monitoring methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, deliver, and explain service operational metrics and variances.
• Coordinate incident restoration and produce incident/technical reports.
• Define and review SLAs and KPIs with clients from onboarding to reviews.
• Lead complex delivery units to meet objectives and ensure service quality.
• Support projects with service delivery requirements during design/build and handover to operations.
• Coordinate with architects/third parties to ensure non-functional requirements are met.
• Ensure service readiness and smooth handover between implementation and run.
