MSD Switzerland is seeking a Senior Packaging Technician to independently execute clinical packaging activities in GMP/GDP/EHS compliant ways. You will manage primary and secondary packaging, operate labeling systems, and support SAP documentation for multiple studies.

The role includes technical coordination, training of new staff, and ensuring timely completion and handover to supervisors. Fluency in German and good English required; Swiss site in Lucerne area.

Competenze

• Apprenticeship completed in life sciences field or related area.
• Minimum 3 years of pharma manufacturing/clinical packaging GMP experience.
• GMP, GDP and EHS knowledge relevant to packaging operations.
• German native or fluent; English B1/B2 or higher.
• Hands-on with packaging and labelling equipment and routine operations.
• Experience with batch records and proper documentation practices.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications; SAP QM knowledge a plus.
• Ability to train others and act as technical contact for studies.

• Perform primary packaging of clinical studies per specs, SOPs and batch records.
• Perform secondary packaging per specs and batch records; operate labeling systems.
• Coordinate packaging orders, supply materials and ensure compliance.
• Train new technicians and provide on-the-job support.
