PathoMatch AI is seeking a visionary Clinical Microbiologist to lead our 24-hour Pathogen-to-Prescription workflow in Switzerland. You will validate AI-driven pathogen-genome matches to ensure safe, personalized phage cocktails for hospital settings.

This role requires PhD or MD in Clinical Microbiology or Infectious Diseases, with Swiss clinical lab experience a major plus. You will collaborate with microbiology, AI, and health-innovation experts, shaping未来 biomedicine at a fast-growing biotech

Qualifikationen

• PhD or MD in Clinical Microbiology, Infectious Diseases, or a related field.
• Experience in a Swiss clinical laboratory is a major plus.
• Strong ability to interpret phagograms and genomic matches.
• Familiarity with NGS and AI in clinical workflows.

Aufgaben

• Clinical Validation: interpret Phagograms and genomic matches to approve personalized phage cocktails.
• Regulatory Interface: liaise with Swissmedic and hospital labs to standardize 24-hour matching workflow.
• Bio-Logistics Oversight: oversee QC for phage 'recipes' and ensure sterility/endotoxin standards.
