What we are looking for:

Hands‑on experience in microbiological testing, particularly bioburden testing, ideally gained in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environment.

Strong understanding of GMP requirements and enthusiasm for performing routine laboratory analyses with a high level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.

Completed training as a Biology Laboratory Technician (BiologielaborantIn) or a BSc in Biology or related life sciences field; experience with endotoxin testing, Growth Direct, or PyroTec PRO is an advantage.

Experience or interest in laboratory material management, including ordering, inventory control, and ensuring material availability to support smooth laboratory operations.

Fluent English skills, with German considered a plus; a flexible and collaborative mindset, including willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation, and occasionally adjust working hours to meet operational needs.
