Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/PhD with clinical neurology or dementia training.
• Solid clinical development experience including trial design and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical development strategy for late-stage trials (Phase II-III).
• Drive trial design, regulatory alignment, and scientific rigor.
• Provide medical monitoring, patient safety, and data quality oversight.
• Collaborate with regulatory, safety, biomarkers, biostats, and operations teams.
• Mentor and manage Clinical Scientists within the team.
• Engage external stakeholders such as advisory boards and health authorities.
• Contribute to publications and Roche neurology presence at conferences.
• Provide input to earlier-stage programs to strengthen the pipeline.
