• Provide complete service support to client, including solving complex inquiries.
• Assist bankers with account opening, closing, and loan disbursal documentation.
• Organize client/prospect meetings and maintain call records and notes.
• Assist bankers in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.
• Deepen existing client relationships through in-depth analyses and cross-sell strategies (investments).
• Support prospecting: research, generating leads, and coordinating client events.
• Provide revenue tracking and deal pipeline data to bankers.
• Ensure KYC/AML documentation is complete and up to date; escalate control issues as needed.
