Aufgaben

• Provide complete service support to client, including solving complex inquiries.
• Support Banker on documentation such as account openings and loan disbursals.
• Organize client/prospect meetings and maintain all client call records including reports.
• Assist the Banker in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.
• Assist in deepening client relationships through deep-dive analysis.
• Assist the Banker in creating sales/marketing strategies to generate revenue growth focusing on Investments.
• Prospect research, generate leads and coordinate client events.
• Provide revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports to the Banker.
• Ensure KYC/AML documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policy and reporting requirements.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency.
