The candidate will implement CIPS-based strategies, negotiate contracts, and align local agreements with Hitachi Energy directives, with extensive cross-functional collaboration across countries.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced education/certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in Supply Chain for indirect categories (legal, consulting, marketing, HR, temp labor, financial services).

Aufgaben

• Implement effective sourcing strategies using the CIPS process to meet current and future business needs.
• Negotiate and renew contracts, price lists, terms, and conditions with key suppliers.
• Adapt corporate contractual frameworks to local needs and risk management.
• Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability in line with company policies.
• Establish and maintain standard local agreements and contract terms following directives.
• Develop and implement cost-out initiatives and ensure SCM processes, standards, and compliance are applied consistently.
