Zusammenfassung

Swisslinx is seeking a Senior CAPEX Planner based in Visp to develop and manage integrated schedules across all CAPEX phases from design to start-up. You will drive baseline milestones, resource-aligned scheduling, and robust reporting in a highly regulated pharma/biotech context.

You will work four days on site with one day remote, collaborating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to maintain schedule integrity and forecast project completion.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years’ project planning/scheduling experience on large CAPEX projects within pharma, biotech, chemical, or engineering environments.
• Pharma experience plus client-side and EPCM project experience.
• Experience with CHF 20m+ projects from design through commissioning/start-up, including exposure to CHF 300m+ mega-projects.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules across CAPEX project phases from concept through start-up.
• Establish baselines, milestones, assumptions, and documentation for stakeholder approval.
• Ensure schedules reflect scope, resources, execution strategy, dependencies, and milestones.
• Track progress against baselines and identify deviations, trends, and delays.
• Perform critical path and near-critical path analysis to assess risk and impact.
• Develop mitigation and recovery strategies for delays or performance issues.
• Maintain records of scope changes, delays, trends, and variances.
• Produce schedule reports, dashboards, forecasts, trends, and metrics.
• Present status, risks, issues, and recovery plans to teams and leadership.
• Lead planning workshops and scheduling sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews to forecast completion and ensure data accuracy.
