Neural Concept is seeking a Senior CAE and AI Expert to own simulation workflows and assets for automotive crash and electronics durability in Lausanne. You will design validation benchmarks and templates, leveraging ABAQUS, LS-Dyna, Radioss, and Hypermesh to deliver production-grade results.

You will automate data processing and workflow integration with Python, ensure reproducibility, and partner with Product to prioritize field-driven capabilities. Hybrid in Lausanne, strong English required.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years hands-on FEA simulation experience in automotive or consumer electronics.
• Deep expertise with ABAQUS, LS-Dyna, Radioss, Hypermesh, Simlab, ANSA.
• Strong knowledge of non-linear solvers, material models and failure criteria.
• Experience with end-to-end simulation workflows and scripting in Python.

Responsabilidades

• Own vertical solution assets end-to-end for automotive and electronics durability.
• Accelerate the full simulation pipeline from design change to results.
• Write Python automation and tooling; ensure reproducibility.
• Influence product roadmap with field-driven simulation needs.
