• 10+ years of professional experience, with a track record in driving change and improving processes.
• 10+ years in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of insurance operations, operational risk, business continuity and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in business continuity planning, testing and resilience.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Support Facilities, Procurement, Business Continuity and Property Services across operations.
• Drive governance, controls and continuous process improvements.
• Develop end-to-end understanding of insurance and support processes.
• Lead the development and enhancement of the BCM Framework.
• Identify and manage critical processes, suppliers, applications and resilience risks.
• Partner with IT to strengthen application resilience and recovery capabilities.
• Lead business continuity testing, recovery planning and resilience exercises.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Promote BCM awareness through training and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide support during business continuity incidents and crisis management events.
