Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Statistician for the EMEA region, responsible for leading the Biostatistics department on complex trials, developing SAPs, and supporting regulatory submissions. You will mentor junior statisticians and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality analyses.

A PhD or MS in statistics with 6–8 years in pharma, strong R programming, and excellent English communication are required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree in biostatistics or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in clinical trials and ability to lead multiple projects.
• Proficiency in R programming.
• Experience with regulatory submissions preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Mentor biostatisticians and oversee training programs.
• Direct activities of biostatistics personnel on assigned projects to ensure timely, high-quality analyses.
• Provide support across all statistical tasks from protocol to CSR.
• Prepare or oversee SAPs and mock-up displays for tables, listings, and figures.
• Lead complex projects and participate in sponsor meetings as needed.
