Zusammenfassung

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Statistician for early-phase programs. This fully home-based role (Europe) requires strong biostatistics expertise and programming skills to support studies from protocol to CSR and to mentor Biostatistics staff.

PhD/MS in statistics or related discipline with 6 to 8 years of pharmaceutical experience. Experience with SAS or R, regulatory submissions, and excellent written and verbal communication are preferred.

• Graduate degree in biostatistics or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in clinical trials or equivalent, leading multiple studies.
• Proficiency in R programming.
• Ability to apply statistical design knowledge and communicate concepts.
• Experience with regulatory submissions preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Mentors biostatisticians and oversees training and development.
• Directs activities of other biostatistics personnel on projects.
• Supports statistical tasks across the project lifecycle from protocol to CSR.
• Prepares SAPs and displays results for tables, listings, figures.
• Lead biostatistics aspects for protocols and randomization input.
• Creates/reviews programming specs for datasets, tables, listings, figures.
• Reviews CRFs, database design, and data capture for quality.
• Ensures QA of deliverables and adherence to SAP/specifications.
• Interacts with project teams and sponsors; participates in meetings.
• Manages timelines across multiple projects; communicates progress.
• Provides statistical programming support as needed.
• May participate in DSMB/DMC activities as required.
• Maintains documentation and inspection readiness.
