RUAG is seeking a Senior BI Specialist (Qlik Sense) at the Emmen site to develop and expand analytics and reports, support on-premise analytics infrastructure, and build new analytics services. You will promote BI best practices, assist business units with analytics, and help raise data literacy across RUAG.

The role requires a degree in informatics or a comparable qualification, several years in Qlik Sense, and strong communication skills in German and English.

• Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Proven, several years of experience in developing analyses and reports with Qlik Sense, ideally in an on-premise environment.
• Ideally, experience in not only testing but also sustainably making advanced analytics approaches productively usable.
• Understanding of ETL processes, data modelling and relational database technologies.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures and logic.
• Ability to communicate analytical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured, quality- and solution-oriented working style as well as a high degree of reliability and independence.
• Confident communication in German, both spoken and written; good English skills are a plus.
