AMINA Bank AG, headquartered in Zug, invites an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join AMINA India across critical AI-driven automation initiatives. You will design, architect, and deliver scalable backend services built on Spring Boot, Java or Kotlin, ensuring robust microservices and secure payments capabilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features, write clean code, and continuously improve development processes while staying up to date with industry trends

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Backend Engineer with a focus on Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design principles.
• At least basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker).
• Experience with Azure DevOps tooling is an additional advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Project experience with finance/banking domains will be beneficial to fit the role.
• Experience with payments standard ISO 20022 (knowledge of message formats PACS, CAMT, payment processing).
• Nice to have: Experience in agentic development.
