Zusammenfassung

AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG seeks an experienced Event Manager (m/f, 100%) at its Basel headquarters. You will plan and execute trade fairs and events, coordinate materials and digital content, and negotiate costs while reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Fluency in German and English is required, French is a plus, and a car is needed for travel between sites. Applicants should have 5+ years in event management, plus education in marketing/event management.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education or studies in the field of marketing and event management
• 5+ years of experience in an event specialist role and in the conception and organization of simple to complex events and trade fairs
• Fluent in German and English; French a plus

Aufgaben

• Create briefing definitions, plan, organize, realize trade fairs and events; manage costs and negotiate
• Report activities to Marketing Manager; Marketing Manager as direct supervisor
• Coordinate event materials, digital content, decoration and technology
• Provide feedback to stand builders for improvements
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies at regional and international level
• Manage show travels and communications to Corporate Jet and organizers
• Coordinate annual Christmas Party events and other marketing resources
