Jobbeschreibung

Overview

Partners Group is one of the largest global private markets investment managers, serving over 800 institutional investors worldwide. We have USD 185 billion in assets under management and about 2,000 professionals across 24 offices worldwide. Partners Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to cultural diversity.

What it’s about

A Senior Auditor specialized in Data & AI bridges deep technical expertise with the internal audit practice, using data, AI, and modern tooling to sharpen risk identification, surface anomalies, and elevate the quality of audit insights. This is the right role for someone who is genuinely passionate about technology and AI, and equally comfortable applying that passion within a structured audit environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and independently execute data‑driven audit engagements across diverse business areas, translating audit objectives into analytical tests that surface risks, irregularities, and outliers.
  • Apply Python, SQL, and related tools to extract, transform, and analyze large and complex datasets, turning raw data into actionable audit findings.
  • Design and deploy AI‑assisted audit techniques, including machine learning models, anomaly detection algorithms, and LLM‑based tooling, to proactively identify emerging risks and control weaknesses at scale.
  • Engage confidently with business stakeholders and audit leadership to communicate complex data findings in clear, non‑technical language, bridging the gap between technology and audit judgment.
  • Contribute to the annual risk assessment and audit plan by surfacing data‑driven insights and identifying technology‑related emerging risks.
  • Continuously develop expertise across the data and AI landscape, actively bringing new tools, methods, and improvements into the audit function to build a more technologically mature and forward‑looking team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Accounting, or Finance, supported by 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in internal audit, data analysis, or a meaningful combination of both.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with confidence using data visualization tools.
  • Practical experience applying AI and machine learning techniques to real‑world problems beyond theoretical knowledge.
  • Broad IT literacy, including databases, cybersecurity fundamentals, and cloud environments.
  • Ability to navigate complex technical landscapes with confidence and ease.
  • A curious, technology‑first mindset.
  • A natural inclination to use data and AI to answer questions, identify patterns, and solve problems.
  • Openness to exploring how data and AI can create value in an audit context.
What we offer
  • Competitive compensation with daily lunch allowance.
  • Global professional environment with international exposure, collaborative culture, and opportunities to learn the business from industry leaders and seasoned professionals.
  • Premium facilities including state‑of‑the‑art building, diverse on‑site dining options, and complimentary gym access with fitness classes.
  • Community engagement through office events, team activities, and volunteer opportunities to connect with local communities.
  • Performance‑based bonuses under competitive compensation and comprehensive career development through challenging opportunities, hands‑on training, dedicated mentorship programs, and the PG Academy learning platform for continuous growth.
  • Sabbatical program – one month off after every five years of service to recharge and explore.
