Zusammenfassung

EY in Switzerland seeks a proactive Senior Associate to join the Account Management CoE, supporting the Government & Public Sector (GPS) and Private Equity (PE) portfolios. You will help drive account excellence, market activation and growth by connecting account teams, client leaders and key stakeholders across EY Switzerland.

As part of Core Business Services, the CoE supports business development, account governance, stakeholder coordination, market insights and AI-enabled ways of working.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, economics or related field.
• Fluent German and English language skills combined with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• 2-4 years of experience in a dynamic, global, client-centric environment with capability to engage with senior executives.
• Enthusiastic about learning new tools and technologies, including EY-specific tools and AI-enabled productivity solutions.

Aufgaben

• Translate account, sector and market priorities into activation plans, governance routines and practical next steps.
• Prepare sector intelligence updates, performance reviews, pipeline snapshots and leadership-ready reporting.
• Coordinate across CoE, GCSPs, CSPs, account teams, and stakeholders with organised actions and documentation.
• Maintain stakeholder maps, relationship intelligence and account visibility for targeted client engagement.
• Coordinate account plans, governance, activation initiatives, reporting cycles, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements and support innovation across the CoE.
