LINDEMANNLAW, a leading entrepreneurial Swiss international law firm, seeks a French-speaking Senior Associate to advise Swiss and international clients on corporate, tax, litigation and regulatory matters. The role offers direct partner exposure, cross-border mandates, and a collaborative, growth-focused setting.

You will work on M&A, tax planning, relocation and private client matters while developing your own practice and industry focus in a dynamic, innovation-driven firm.

Qualifikationen

• Admission to the Swiss Bar.
• 5–15 years of post-qualification experience in a leading law firm, Big Four firm, financial institution or multinational organisation.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Fluency in French and English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Advise national and international clients on complex corporate, tax, litigation and regulatory matters.
• Structure and negotiate sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Draft and review commercial agreements, corporate documentation and legal opinions.
• Represent clients before courts, arbitral tribunals and public authorities, where applicable.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary legal projects.
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, publications, conferences and thought leadership.
• Collaborate across practice groups to deliver integrated solutions.
• Actively embrace innovation and contribute to the firm's continued technological development.
