Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software or applied ML experience.
• Strong Python, Go or C++ programming skills.
• Proven ML deployment in production environments.
• Experience with retrieval, ranking or related ML problems.
• Strong ML fundamentals and modern deep learning techniques.
• Experience with large-scale data systems and high throughput.
• Ability to design evaluation frameworks and metrics.
• Product-minded with focus on impact and iteration.
• Proactive problem solving in distributed teams.
