NTI AG LinMot & MagSpring in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Application & Sales Engineer specialized in Motion Control to drive technical sales and application support across the EMEA region.

You will bring a strong engineering background in motion control, servo drives, and automation, with proven experience in sales or managing key customer projects, visiting customers for hands-on guidance and designing tailored solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in control and drive technology and motion control.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, programming environments, and fieldbus communication.
• Proven experience in a comparable role with market understanding in automation.
• Confident in both technical and commercial conversations with engineers and decision-makers.
• Experience managing technical projects from concept to implementation.
• Fluent in English (German is a strong plus; French is a bonus).
• Willingness to travel 30–40% within EMEA.
