On is seeking a Lead Anaplan Specialist at its Zurich HQ to lead Anaplan model building, architecture, and integrations. You will own end-to-end Anaplan initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure robust planning solutions that scale with On’s growth.

You will guide both backend and frontend development of Anaplan models, mentor teams, and contribute to setting up enterprise planning processes with a strong focus on Financial Planning.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in business processes, data structures, and systems.

• Technical ownership of planning models as Anaplan Solution Architect / Model Builder.
• Ownership of Anaplan initiatives end-to-end (requirements, model building, testing, go-live).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Anaplan solutions.

• Build Anaplan models per implementation principles.
• Document and control planning models for robustness.
• Provide end-user training to raise competence.
