Zusammenfassung

Zurich Insurance is seeking a Senior Business Solution Architect for Finance Transformation in Zürich. You will translate business needs into integrated architecture across planning, consolidation, reporting and analytics, guiding platform choices to ensure governed, single-source data.

Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Anaplan, and Databricks in global programmes is essential. You will collaborate with Group Finance, IT, and data teams in a hybrid, campus-based environment.

• Strong experience translating business needs into integrated finance solutions.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting and Anaplan in large programmes.

Aufgaben

• Define and evolve the end to end solution architecture for Group Finance processes (planning, consolidation, reporting, analytics and performance management).
• Ensure each process is supported by the most suitable platform (e.g. SAP Group Reporting for consolidation, Anaplan for planning, Databricks for data and analytics).
• Translate requirements into solution designs, integration patterns and implementation options, balancing standardisation, flexibility and cost.
• Challenge and refine business requirements to fit platform capabilities and long term architecture principles.
• Define how Finance platforms integrate (SAP, Anaplan, Databricks, reporting/BI tools) to deliver consistent, governed data for planning and reporting.
• Contribute to the Finance data architecture (data domains, models, flows, lineage) and ensure that key data is managed as a single source of truth.
• Support solution review and design authority processes, ensuring new initiatives adhere to agreed architecture.
• Lead Business Solution Architect across key Finance Transformation projects and technology initiatives.
