Agoda is seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to shape the Flights marketing strategy, analyze large datasets, and drive growth across channels. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and work with multiple teams to optimize campaigns.

The role requires 5–7 years of data analysis experience, strong SQL/Tableau skills, and a business-focused mindset to influence senior leaders and improve performance in a fast-paced travel platform.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis or related big data projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering or Economics/Finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in BI tools and data warehousing.

Aufgaben

• Set Marketing strategy for Flights verticals and drive growth across channels.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of large datasets related to channel performance and user behavior.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests), and build analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and supply teams to identify opportunities.
