Novartis AG, through Magnit Global, is seeking an Expert in Science & Technology to support Analytical Research & Development (ARD) in the Small Molecules GMP Analytics Team with focus on small molecules and radioligand therapy. The role is a temporary/external opportunity, onsite in Basel, with a duration of 18 months and a 100% workload.

Formación

• Bachelors/Masters in Life Science (e.g., analytical / organic chemistry /pharmacy / pharmaceutical development) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience in a GMP environment.
• Broad scientific knowledge in chemistry, pharmaceutical or analytical sciences, ability to perform in a highly dynamic and flexible environment.
• Advanced knowledge of laboratory and/or technical tools (e.g. HPLC, Dissolution rate, Chromeleon, Quality management systems, statistical evaluation tools ...)
• Good presentation skills and scientific/technical writing skills. Strong ability to work and collaborate in an international environment
• Fluent English (Oral and written)
• German as a plus

Responsabilidades

• Independently plan, organize, interpret and report results of scientific experiments for timely supply of drug substances and drug products for clinical use or potential registration.
• Write & review analytical documents and align activities within a global CMC project team.
• Manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders including CROs and support investigations as needed.
• Identify GMP challenges and propose creative solutions with management visibility.
• End-to-end portfolio project responsibility and represent the analytical sub team in meetings.
• Document laboratory activities with GDP/GLP standards where applicable.
• Support/Lead initiatives and workstreams as required.
• Assist audits and health authority inspections and ensure no critical findings.
