Swisslinx AG is seeking a senior specialist to lead requirements and delivery across execution and FX transformation within a leading Swiss wealth management group. You will coordinate Business, Technology and Operations teams, translate business needs into practical technology solutions, and drive system integration, testing, and readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT or related field.
• Strong experience in trading, execution, FX or capital markets transformation.
• Background in Private Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Experience with system integration and target operating model implementations.
• Strong knowledge of FIX Protocol.
• Understanding of trading workflows, FX products, custody and post-trade processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and waterfall delivery approaches.
• Certifications in project, business analysis or Agile are an advantage.
