Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in design and layout of analog circuits, especially high-speed and high-precision.
• Experience with modern semiconductor process technologies (CMOS 28nm, FinFET 16/14nm).
• Solid background in Signal Processing and Communications.

Aufgaben

• Develop block level specifications and models for target designs.
• Design and verify performance of custom analog circuits.
• Support post-silicon lab bring-up, debug, characterization, and productization.

Kenntnisse

Design and layout techniques for high-speed circuits

Testbenches and simulation setups

Layout techniques (matching, parasitic estimation)

Advanced EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/HSpice)

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills
