Luxoft is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the Aladdin Wealth implementation for our Client. You will work with product and proposition owners, advisors, portfolio managers and Compliance to translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

Bring hands-on Aladdin Wealth implementation experience, define advisory journeys, proposal management, and suitability requirements, and collaborate with the Technical Analyst to ensure successful delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years in business analysis or a comparable product/proposition role in wealth management.

Responsabilidades

• Own and translate business needs into clear requirements, rules and acceptance criteria for Aladdin Wealth implementation.
• Elicit and document requirements for advisory journeys, proposal management and portfolio suitability.
• Define business roles, handoffs, approvals and service expectations with owners.
• Map end-to-end advisory journeys: onboarding, profiling, proposal, approval, execution handoff, monitoring and review.
• Document proposal lifecycle: content, versioning, approval, status changes, audit trail and feasibility checks.
• Elicit requirements for model portfolios, house views, recommendations and rebalancing from investment/product owners.
• Document restricted-product rules, advisor overrides and rationale that must be captured.
• Define household and relationship hierarchies, data aggregation and held-away assets; specify validation and audit needs.
• Represent business in governance forums; record decisions and owners.
• Produce business requirements, flows, rules and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Plan and run UAT with advisors; manage functional triage and sign-off.
• Support advisor readiness through training and post-go-live support.
