Cubiq Recruitment seeks a Senior AI Security Engineer to own security across the AI platform and its agentic systems. You will bridge ML engineering, platform architecture, and security to prevent sensitive data exposure as the science moves fast.

In a scaling environment with ambiguity, you’ll shape security across the business, respond to incidents, and help translate emerging AI regulation into practical security standards, working with Legal and Compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience securing agentic AI systems.
• Experience with large-scale cloud training or inference infrastructure.
• Proficiency writing production-grade Python code.
• Familiarity with prompt injection, model inversion, and data poisoning.
• Comfort with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Map threats specific to AI/ML and integrate into a risk framework.
• Define how model weights, data, and code are tracked and locked down.
• Build guardrails and sandboxing for LLMs and autonomous agents with real-time monitoring.
• Collaborate with ML researchers and engineers across the ML lifecycle to embed security.
• Lead incident responses using ML techniques to catch issues standard tools miss.
• Help turn emerging AI regulation into practical security requirements for the business.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to shape responsible AI security in practice.
