Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of experience shipping ML models to production.
• Experience in unstructured data spaces such as NLP and vision.
• End-to-end development experience of ML models.
• Experience bringing models from prototypes to real-world systems.
• Desire to shape the future of secure AI in a mission-driven company.

Aufgaben

• Extend a detector to support multiple languages without dropping performance.
• Scale defenses by 100x with multilingual data and code.
• Extend modeling to pass more context to detectors (LLM output, metadata).
• Red team the model to identify vulnerabilities and guide data collection.
