Roche is seeking a scientist to advance real-world data insights within the Computational Medicine organization. You will design analyses using EHR/claims data, develop AI-enabled tools and agentic workflows, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to translate analytical needs into robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

PhD in a quantitative field with 2+ years in pharma/biotech R&D or related.
Hands-on experience with real-world healthcare data (EHR/claims/registries).
Proficiency applying statistical and ML methods to biomedical data.
Strong ability to collaborate across data science, engineering and biomedical teams.
Growth mindset and interest in Generative AI and agentic approaches to discovery.

Aufgaben

Design and execute analyses of real-world healthcare data to address biological, translational, and clinical questions.
Design, build, and evaluate agentic workflows enabling models to use tools and data.
Apply ML, LLMs, retrieval- and tool-augmented approaches to healthcare data.
Integrate diverse datasets to generate deeper insights into disease and patient trajectories.
Collaborate with scientists, data engineers, and computational experts to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
