Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking an expert in imaging data analytics to join the Imaging Data Insights team in Basel. You will design computational analyses, apply AI/ML to biomedical imaging, and contribute to biomarker development across preclinical and clinical studies.

Collaborating with global colleagues, you will build scalable workflows, mentor junior scientists, and help translate complex imaging data into actionable insights for portfolio decisions.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in a scientific or technical discipline with 3+ years of pharma R&D experience.
• Deep expertise in biomedical image analysis, data science, AI/ML, or related quantitative fields.
• Ability to translate imaging and biological data into actionable insights across the R&D value chain.
• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams and influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills to guide stakeholders and partners.

• Formulate questions and design computational analysis strategies with stakeholders.
• Develop and apply AI/ML approaches for biomedical imaging and multimodal data.
• Leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI to accelerate workflows and decision making.
• Analyze imaging data from preclinical and clinical studies to support study design and biomarker development.
• Develop, maintain, and document scalable computational workflows and pipelines.
• Represent the team as a trusted partner and drive portfolio impact.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to a collaborative culture.
