Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Consultancy experience, including 5+ years in life sciences/pharma or the assigned business function.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects with enterprise-wide implications.
• Strong ability to scale Agile frameworks across multiple squads or product teams.

• Leads cross-functional teams across the DMDQ portfolio to deliver high-impact platform capabilities.
• Shapes and influences the 2-3 year platform roadmap.
• Drives platform evaluation and sourcing decisions with clear recommendations to leadership.
• Ensures architectural coherence across all four DMDQ pillars.
