Zusammenfassung

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Customer Success/Partnership Solutions Architect to join its Infrastructure Specialist Team. You will lead the hands-on analysis, optimization, and performance tuning of complex GPU-accelerated systems and AI workloads in customer data centers, and act as a senior technical authority across projects.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of experience in large-scale data center service operations with a focus on infrastructure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to lead complex projects and guide technical teams.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements.
Knowledge of cloud orchestration software and HPC schedulers.

Aufgaben

Lead hands-on analysis, optimization, and tuning of GPU-accelerated AI workloads.
Serve as a senior technical authority, guiding architecture decisions at scale.
Refine monitoring methodologies to detect bottlenecks and improve resiliency.
Participate in post-deployment reviews and provide customer insights.
Deliver complex projects from design through implementation, aligned to SLAs.
Identify AI infrastructure opportunities in cloud and enterprise environments.
