Zusammenfassung

Marco Fuhrer – Management Consultants sucht einen Senior AI Engineer für Embedded Devices. Sie übernehmen End-to-End-Verantwortung von der Ideenfindung bis zur ML-Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Integration in Produkte.

Sie entwerfen, trainieren und optimieren Modelle für unsere Hardware, verbessern Inferenz auf Geräteebenen und arbeiten agil mit Produktteams sowie ML-Experten weltweit zusammen. Fließendes Englisch wird vorausgesetzt.

Qualifikationen

• Universitätsabschluss (M.Sc. oder D.) in Informatik/KI oder ähnlichem Feld.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit ML- & Deep-Learning‑Techniken, idealerweise 5+ Jahre Softwareentwicklung für Embedded Devices.
• Nachweis von Training, Auswertung und Deployment neuronaler Netze vom Data Ingestion bis zur Modellbereitstellung.
• Gute Kenntnisse von ML-Formaten/Runtimes/Compilern und der Anpassung von Modellen für Embedded-Plattformen.
• Erfahrung in C-basierten Sprachen und Python.
• Englisch fließend.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für End-to-End-Feature-Entwicklung von Ideen bis ML-Entwicklung, Deployment und Integration in Produkte.
• Modell-Entwurf, -Training und -Anpassung speziell für unsere Hardware.
• Durchführung fortschrittlicher Inferenzoptimierungen für On-Device-Accelerators.
• Arbeiten in einem agilen Umfeld, Zusammenarbeit mit Produktteams und ML-Experten weltweit.
