Job summary

Base360.ai, born out of The Flex, is building the AI operating system for short-term rental operators. We seek a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to own features end-to-end, from conception to production, across frontend, backend, and integrations.

You will collaborate with designers, founders, and operators to turn real customer problems into intuitive software and scalable automations. You will shape the user experience, connect ecosystems with robust APIs, and explore AI-powered workflows

Qualifications

Strong experience building and shipping production software.
Ability to work across frontend and backend systems.
Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture.
A product mindset and curiosity about why users need a feature.
Good judgment around usability, scope, and technical trade-offs.

Responsibilities

Understand customer problems by working with property managers and internal teams.
Build products end-to-end from idea to deployment across frontend, backend and integrations.
Create intuitive user experiences with designers to simplify complex rental operations.
Develop AI-powered features and automation to improve efficiency and scale.
