KPMG is seeking a Senior or Assistant Manager in Accounting Advisory Services in Geneva. You will advise clients on IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, US GAAP, and Swiss CO obligations, and support IPO readiness and financial reporting for capital markets transactions.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in French & English and able to communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Strong project management and coordination skills across teams.
• Experience with IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, or Swiss Code of Obligations.
• Background in financial reporting and capital market transactions.

Aufgaben

• Advise clients on IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, US GAAP and Swiss Code of Obligations.
• Lead IPO readiness assessments and cross-border capital market transactions.
• Assist in preparing or analysing financial statements for deals and offerings.
• Provide financial reporting support for M&A, divestitures, and financing structures.
