Pilatus Aircraft Ltd in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Account Manager Customer Support to manage customer contracts, support complex programs, and drive commercial negotiations across lifecycles.

You will build long-term relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and act as the commercial interface between Pilatus and customers. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus; a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in aerospace are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6+ years in aerospace or similar industry
• Proven track record in account management, contract management and business development
• Strong commercial and financial expertise with negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with customer-centric approach and delivering value

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset
