Titan Security is hiring security officers to patrol client sites, provide exceptional customer service, and manage access control at a busy shopping center. You will document incidents, monitor cameras, and respond to emergencies, with a focus on safety and reliable service.

The role requires 18+ applicants, valid GED or diploma, ability to pass background checks, and physical endurance for patrols and shifts that include evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience as door staff or in receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain and maintain PERC card.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Capable of meeting physical requirements (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs).
• Weekend and weekday shift flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Patrol/ Rover position: monitor site by vehicle and foot patrol of client outdoor shopping center property.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty, including directions and information.
• Maintain front desk logs for people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, recording data for Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Patrol/ Rover Position - Monitor site by continuous vehicle and foot patrol of client outdoor shopping center property.
• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must be comfortable with walking, and doing extensive foot patrols two times per shift on weekends, and three times per shift on weekdays.

Preferred Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required

• Positions starting at $19.00 / Sat & Sun: 1000-2000, Mon & Tue: 1000-1800, Wed: 1600-0000
