Zusammenfassung

skyguide in Geneva seeks a hands-on Physical Security Specialist to manage access control, intruder alarms and CCTV systems across our Swiss facilities. You will coordinate badge management, key control and documentation, while contributing to risk assessments and compliance reviews in French-speaking Switzerland.

Fluency in French and English is required, German is an asset. You will support the Fire & Evacuation department and help drive security projects and training for staff.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on security professional with practical implementation and coordination skills.
• Several years of experience in physical security or equivalent security qualification.
• Mandatory experience in access control (Badge System access), intrusion alarms and CCTV.
• Advanced certifications (CFPA‑E Security Coordinator/Manager / Fire Protection Safety Officer) are an asset.

• Managing the mechanical locking system and key management for Geneva and remote sites in French-speaking Switzerland.

• Responsible for the content, maintenance and administration of web-based security trainings and assessments for internal and external employees.
• Acting as Deputy Head of the Fire & Evacuation department in Geneva.
• Conducting compliance reviews, gap analyses and risk assessments across all Physical Security domains in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Supporting physical security projects, events and awareness initiatives, combining operational involvement with documentation, coordination and administrative activities.

Your mission:

This role offers a unique mix of hands‑on operational security activities and administrative responsibilities, requiring someone who enjoys both being close to the field and ensuring accurate documentation, compliance and processes. With your mandatory impeccable reputation, you will be responsible for all specifications in the area of intruder alarm systems and video surveillance systems and support access control activities in Geneva and for military facilities.

Your tasks:

What we are looking for:

• Hands‑on security professional who enjoys combining practical implementation with coordination, administration and compliance activities with good MS Office knowledge


• Several years of experience in physical security (strategic/conceptual) or equivalent security qualification, with strong technical understanding


• Mandatory experience in access control (Badge System access); Intrusion alarms and CCTV experience or willing to learn


• Advanced certifications (CFPA‑E Security Coordinator/Manager / Fire Protection Safety Officer) are an asset
