You will patrol premises, monitor access, protect data, lead a small team, and handle reports and shift schedules. German fluency and English proficiency are required, with a valid residence permit. This role offers development within a global security leader.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the security field.
• Willingness to work irregular hours (3-shift rotation, nights and weekends).
• Familiar with modern technology and proficient computer skills.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) at least B1, and very good English (B2).
• Hold a valid residence permit and have a clean criminal record.

• Patrolling the security premises
• Monitoring access to secure areas
• Supervising and protecting sensitive data
• Evacuating and initiating emergency measures
• Leading a team of two to six agents
• Preparing and reviewing reports
• Adjusting shift schedules in case of personnel shortages
