Embodied AI in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland seeks a pragmatic Solution Engineer to bridge product and customer implementations, supporting integrations and translating requirements into workable solutions. Place of work: Pfäffikon SZ. Start date: immediately or by agreement.

You will handle technical consulting, requirements analysis, REST APIs usage, and product integration across IT infrastructures, including AD/MDM/SAP/CRMs. Flexibility includes two days remote weekly.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in computer science or comparable education with practical experience.
• 3+ years as a Solution Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in technical consulting and IT solution support.
• Strong REST API knowledge and IT security fundamentals.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical consulting for Threema products and solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Work with REST APIs and product integrations into IT environments.
• Create connectors and support on-premises installations.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and conduct customer training.
