ARTIDIS, a Basel-based Medtech company, seeks an ISMS Manager to maintain the ISMS per ISO/IEC 27001 and lead security programs. You will report to the Head of Quality Management and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup setting in Basel.

You will drive risk management activities, implement security controls, and lead audits and training to raise ISMS awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in information security management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and GDPR.
• Experience in information security risk management.
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor certifications preferred.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Ensure ISMS conforms to ISO/IEC 27001.
• Measure and report ISMS performance to top management.
• Plan and oversee security risk management activities (ISO/IEC 27005).
• Align and implement security controls based on business needs.
• Organize ISMS team meetings, internal and certification audits, reviews.
• Provide training to drive ISMS awareness.
• Support investigations; develop CAPA and changes.
• Drive continual improvement of the ISMS with the whole team.
