Job summary

Artidis is seeking an ISMS Manager to maintain the Information Security Management System in a fast-paced, startup environment. You will report to the Head of Quality Management and help establish policies, standards and procedures aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 13485.

You will lead risk management activities, coordinate internal and certification audits, and drive continual improvement across the organization, while working with an international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Security Management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.
• Experience in information security risk management.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or CISA are highly desirable.
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor certifications.
• Excellent knowledge of German and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Ensure ISMS conforms to ISO/IEC 27001.
• Measure and evaluate ISMS performance and report to top management.
• Plan, execute, and oversee security risk management activities (ISO/IEC 27005).
• Align and implement security controls based on business needs.
• Organize ISMS team meetings, internal and certification audits, and management reviews.
• Provide entertaining training to drive ISMS awareness.
• Support investigations; develop and implement CAPA and Changes.
• Drive continual improvement of the ISMS with the team.
