Zusammenfassung

myitjob GmbH in Zurich is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master/agile coach to guide teams in adopting agile practices and improving collaboration. You will facilitate ceremonies, support backlog management, and help remove impediments to enable faster delivery.

Fluent German is required; knowledge of the public sector is an advantage, and the role emphasizes sustainability, ethics, and knowledge sharing across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years of experience as a Scrum Master, agile coach or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Coach and support teams in adopting and applying agile frameworks effectively.
• Foster self-organisation, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
