Gi Group Switzerland is seeking a proactive Scrum Master to lead a hardware-enabled software team developing C++ real-time control software for IVD devices on PREEMPT_RT Linux. You will coach the ART within SAFe, remove blockers, and ensure documentation in highly regulated environments.

The role requires a CSM/PSMI, a technical degree, Git experience, and willingness to engage with hardware and low-level systems. Flexible on-site and home-office mix, 50-100% workload, 1-2 days on-site.

Qualifikationen

Tasks & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join a team of PCR Hardware Abstraction and part of an Agile Release train (ART) following SAFe, developing C++ based real-time control software that drives the mechatronics, thermal, fluidic and optical subsystems of our in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) PCR instruments. The Client's software runs on PREEMPT_RT Linux and interfaces directly with custom electronics and sensors. Minimum working capacity is 50% and maximum 80%

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IEC 62304, ISO 13485 or IVDR (medical device software lifecycle standards).
• Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Domain Driven Design).
