We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join an agile software development environment focused on embedded and real-time systems. This role offers the opportunity to support a highly skilled engineering team developing software that interacts directly with hardware, sensors, and mechatronic systems in a regulated environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master and Agile Coach for a software development team
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments impacting team delivery
• Foster transparency, collaboration, continuous improvement, and self-organization
• Support backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and execution
• Collaborate within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART)
• Drive agile best practices, servant leadership, and team empowerment
• Promote effective communication and conflict resolution across stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to development processes and quality standards
• Leverage modern AI-assisted tools to improve development, testing, and troubleshooting workflows
• Support documentation activities required in regulated development environments

Your Profile

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and servant leadership
• Practical experience with Git/GitHub and modern software development workflows
• Basic understanding of C++ development
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work in a regulated environment and follow established development processes

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with medical devices, automotive, aerospace, or other regulated industries
• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 13485, or IVDR
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, RabbitMQ, or Domain-Driven Design
• Exposure to embedded software or real-time systems
